CHEESE 2011 – AN OVERWHELMING SUCCESS FOR PAESANELLA BUTTER AND GRAN MORAVIA WITH VISITORS.
THANKS TO THE VISITORS, GUESTS AND SLOW FOOD..
An extraordinary success in turnout accompanied Cheese 2011 held in Bra (CN) on September 16 to 19.
The Brazzale Group is delighted and proud to have been chosen as the “main sponsor” for the dairy sector of the event organised flawlessly by Slow Food and now in its eighth edition. We thank all our friends, customers and suppliers who visited our stand in Via XX Settembre, tasting our range of products. Without exaggerating, we can define the success of the tasting of “bread, butter and sugar” as absolutely overwhelming. The exquisite Paesanella butter brought back to the minds of the thousands of visitors memories of their childhood, days when butter was rightly appreciated as the healthiest and most precious dairy product by mothers and grandmothers alike.
Moved by the “Proustian” experience of Paesanella, visitors continued the tasting with Verena and Gran Moravia, whose success went far beyond all expectations. The palette of flavours and aromas of the cheeses of the eco-sustainable supply chain surprised and won over even the most sceptical and reticent tasters. The thousands of purchases after the tastings are unequivocal proof, and the most stimulating confirmation of the absolute quality of the projects launched in the Moravian supply chain for all the staff working for our group.
The eco-sustainable supply chain was presented during the numerous meetings with the public, backed by the explanations by the DNV experts on the meaning and functioning of supply chain certification. The Olympic fencing champion Dorina Vaccaroni, now a cycling champion wearing the Gran Moravia colours, was our special guest host at the Gran Moravia stand and help distribute tastings to the visitors, talking about her diet as an athlete choosing Gran Moravia and a vegetarian food regime.
At the Slow Food “Caffè Letterario” an audience of journalists and experts were given details on the eco-sustainable supply chain and the responsible supply chain projects promoted by the group. Collaboration with Slow Food has proven to be fervent and passionate, the result of an identical vision on the values that we believe should be the driving force for food enterprises in establishing their responsibility towards society and the environment.
We trust that this wonderful experience with Slow Food, rewarded by such enthusiasm by the general public, is the first of a long series. Thank you.
