SPINACH CREAM WITH CRUNCHY CRUMBLED GRAN MORAVIA

INGREDIENTS:

– 500 gr spinach
– 1 lt vegetable broth
– 30 gr Cri Cri Gran Moravia
– cream
– pepper
– salt
– parsley or basil
– 1 yellow onion finely minced
– extra virgin olive oil
– 1-2 garlic cloves

Spinaches are rich in iron and vitamines and Gran Moravia aged cheese is rich in calcium and proteins… This is a good dish in every way: healthy, tasty and with a special crunchy touch thanks to the Gran Moravia Cri Cri.

PREPARATION:

 

Stir fry the onion with a little bit of oil, add the garlic for a minute, then remove it and pour the spinach, cook them for a couple of minutes, then pour the broth to cover the spinach. Let cook for 7 minutes, then blend all together with a mixer adding the cream to obtain the perfect consistency. Let it boil for another 2 minutes and then season with herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a sprinkle of crumbled Gran Moravia Cri Cri for the crunchy touch! Enjoy!
