The transmission scored a rehabilitation for the butter, a rich and natural food, which has been, for too many years, the subject of a unfounded smear campaign. We were able to describe the various types of butter processing, emphasizing its simplicity and naturalness, and expose the reasons that make the butter one of the most valuable and cost-effective foods on the market.
